Driving Directions

I-5 Heading Northbound from Seattle:
Exit 182. Follow Highway 525 freeway. When freeway ends,
Turn Right at light at LINCOLN WAY,
Turn Right on HIGHWAY 99(WA-99) Once on Highway 99, you'll see us on your left in 1/2 block, but you can't turn there. Pass us and
Turn Left at light at 148th St SW.
Turn Left on 35th Ave, and you will then
Turn right into our parking lot (at the point where the road merges back onto Highway 99 north).

Highway 99, Northbound from Seattle, Edmonds, etc.:

Two ways, read both and decide!:

1. You can find us directly on Highway 99 on the east (on your right) 1/2 block after the light at 148th St. SW in Lynnwood. However, a merging lane comes in on your right where you need to slow for our parking lot. Depending on your timing, it can be a little scary with traffic behind you! So, to avoid crossing that merging lane, here is a little less nerve-racking way of coming from the south:

2. Sounds complicated, but it is easy --
Turn right at the light at 148th St. SW, in a short block
Left at the light at 35th Ave, and
Turn right into our parking lot (the first driveway on your right).

I-5 Heading Southbound from Everett:
Exit 186 (128th St. exit).
Turn right at end of exit ramp (head West), and go approximately 6 lights.
Turn left on Pacific Highway (Highway 99). Now you are heading southbound on Highway 99. Go through one light and under an overpass, then you'll see us up ahead on the left, but you can't turn there. Pass us,
Turn Left at light at 148th St SW.
Turn Left on 35th Ave, and you will then
Turn right into our parking lot (at the point where the road merges back onto Highway 99 north).

Highway 99 Southbound from Everett:
Travelling south from Airport Road, you will go under the Highway 525 Mukilteo overpass (the only bridge over Highway 99). Looking to your left, you will then pass U-Haul and then you will see us, but you can't turn over the median, so continue and turn Left at the next light, 148th St. SW.
Turn left at 35th Ave, and
Turn right into our parking lot (the first driveway on your right).

I-405 Heading Northbound from Bellevue:
Follow signs to Highway 525 (which is an extension of I-405 at the north end after it crosses I-5). When freeway ends,
Turn Right at light at LINCOLN WAY,
Turn Right on HIGHWAY 99(WA-99) Once on Highway 99, you'll see us on your left in 1/2 block, but you can't turn there. Pass us and
Turn Left at light at 148th St SW.
Turn Left on 35th Ave, and you will then
Turn right into our parking lot (at the point where the road merges back onto Highway 99 north).
